RUN THE MILES . . .

Join us for group runs on measured and marked courses, of varying distances. All paces welcome means we want you to join us as new to running, looking to come back to running, are an avid runner or a sworn member of the 'I hate running' club. No timing clock means you can get a training work out in, enjoy at a more relaxed, conversational clip or, somewhere in between.

After the run, refuel with new friends at local eateries and watering holes with menus crafted to showcase the offerings of our favorite Hudson Valley discoveries. Our aim is to foster a love of (or, at least a toleration for) running, connect like-minded peeps and promote locally owned establishments. Good things come to those who run, sometimes it's cocktails.
