Do I have to run?
Nope. Walkers and those who run intervals are welcome. There is no minimum pace to keep, or time limit. Generally, 'hydrating' will begin within an hour of the fun run start but a place will be saved for anyone who takes longer.
I don't want to run, or walk, but want to get DRUN5K with you, how can I participate?
We get it, your friend/spouse/sister/boyfriend/cousin is a runner and while you still think they're crazy, you wouldn't mind 'hydrating' with them after the run. Volunteer opportunities are sometimes available. When they are, a t-shirt and a discounted ticket for run-specific after-run refreshments would be exchanged for a full shift (typically 9am-11am) worked.
