Running brought us together and now, we're teaming up to expand the squad. Do you want to run a half marathon but can't imagine how to even begin to train for it? Have you run a half already, but want to liven up the training process? Join HVFG x DRUN5K for the most fun you'll ever have training as we prepare to take on 13.1 miles this fall at the Fall Foliage Half Marathon in Rhinebeck on Sunday, October 13th! 

In addition to the accountability that comes from group running our training program includes the following:

  • Customized running journal
  • 14-week training program, created by an RRCA Certified Running Coach. Paces, and some workouts, customized to each runner's experience/goals
  • Long Run Saturdays*   We'll meet at various Hudson Valley locations at 7:00am to get in our weekly mileage, together, beginning on July 13th
  • Cross Train Wednesdays*    We're beyond... excited to be working with Beyond the Bike in Hopewell Junction as an official cross training partner.  Advance registration required will be required.  Studio fees apply, discounted packages for HVFGxDRUN5K participants.
