You know the song… I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. But, I literally scream for ice cream. It is one of my great loves. So, it’s only fitting that the very first DRUN5K fun run showcase this local treasure. Not only is their ice cream the freshest you’ll find (3 days from cow to cone), but all of their offerings support local farms. Whenever I find myself to be ice cream deficient, as often as I can get away with, we head to Zoe’s Ice Cream Barn in LaGrangeville to get my sugar and cream levels out of the red. Thankfully, my husband believes this to be a real medical condition. Or, he equally loves ice cream.

Save the date, Saturday, July 7th, and plan join us for a 5K fun run and re-fuel with new friends and ice cream for breakfast. If THAT isn’t a reason to set an alarm on the weekend, I don’t know what is.
